This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a seamless, engaging onboarding experience for all new hires. You will partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and ensure new employees feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.

Your Day to Day: Talent Acquisition Responsibilities (70%)

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process


• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements


• Write job postings and execute sourcing strategies


• Maintain accurate ATS documentation


• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews


• Support employer branding and social recruiting

Your Day to Day: Onboarding Responsibilities (30%)

• Lead all onboarding stages for new hires


• Serve as primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process


• Coordinate pre‑hire activities including


• Offers


• New‑hire paperwork


• Track completion of required tasks


• Respond to questions with accuracy and professionalism


• Plan and facilitate new hire orientation sessions
