Job summary

JobSquad in Martinsville, IN is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will build pipelines via social media, interview candidates, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring strong client relationships and compliant pre-employment screening.

• Engage with clients to meet needs and resolve employee relations issues
