In this in-office role, you will source, screen, interview, and place candidates across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics positions while delivering exceptional service to applicants and clients. This fast-paced environment rewards detail and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing or HR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles.
• Deliver excellent customer service to applicants and clients in every interaction.
• Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks.
• Contact candidates outside standard hours to schedule or confirm interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires at our office and client sites.
• Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Travel to client sites for meetings before or after standard hours.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates; treat each placement as important.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for our clients across light industrial, warehouse, and logistics roles.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both applicants and clients — every conversation matters.
• Juggle multiple job orders, candidate pipelines, interviews, and onboarding tasks at once without losing track ofa single one.
• Contact candidates outside standard business hours when needed to schedule or confirm interviews.
• Conduct in-person interviews and onboard new hires — in our office and at client sites as required.
• Keep meticulous, organized records so nothing ever falls through the cracks.
• Travel to client sites for meetings that may fall before or after standard office hours.
• Bring a positive, optimistic, get-it-done attitude to a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike, treating every placement like it matters — because it does.
