Employment Enterprises, a full-service workforce solutions firm based in Northern Virginia, seeks a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment onsite in Manassas, VA. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

This direct-hire role requires a high school diploma; a preferred college degree and proficiency with MS Office. You will build pipelines, coordinate with stakeholders, participate in events, and maintain accurate records in

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer support.
• Source and identify qualified candidates using a mix of traditional and proactive recruiting strategies.
• Conduct candidate prescreens and interviews to evaluate skills, alignment, and motivation.
• Present qualified, professionally prepared candidates to hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates aligned to anticipated hiring needs.
• Support and improve the candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure recruiting activity and candidate records are documented accurately in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs and community outreach as needed.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with active contractors and candidates in your talent pipeline.
• Serve as a point of contact post-start to support satisfaction and help address concerns as needed
