Job summary

Any Hour Group is seeking a motivated recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We support 22 brands nationwide across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services, and we value relationship-building with great candidates.

You will manage the full recruiting process, partner with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS data, ensuring a positive candidate experience for leadership updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening to offers and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
