Any Hour Group in Lindon, UT is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home services brands, sourcing candidates through multiple channels and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain a positive candidate experience, manage multiple requisitions, and partner with leadership to prioritize staffing needs.

Formación

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume positions is a plus!

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to offers and hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and regular hiring updates to leadership.
