• High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Position Summary

Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple affiliates and programs. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple programs and affiliate organizations.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, recruiting events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and requisition activity within ADP and other recruiting platforms.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and facilitate offer discussions.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring timelines, vacancies, and candidate flow.
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
• Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
