Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Indianapolis team. If you have a background recruiting for the construction industry or skilled trades, you will build strong relationships, make a direct impact, and earn uncapped commission while supporting large commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction recruiting or skilled trades recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for commercial, industrial, or manufacturing positions.

• Recruit skilled trades and construction professionals, including electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, welders, HVAC technicians, superintendents, project managers, and safety professionals.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client opportunities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Schedule: Monday-Friday | In-Office

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
