Job summary

MITER Brands in Gratz, PA is seeking a Recruiter to partner with manufacturing leadership and drive hiring strategies for high-volume roles. You will manage recruiting activities, coordinate processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience across the lifecycle.

This role requires collaboration with HR and operations teams, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel locally to support facilities, events, and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, HR, administrative support, or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday and Phenom are preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial recruiting environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring data accuracy within Workday.
• Review recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve data quality, candidate movement, and process compliance.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, interview logistics, offer preparation, and other recruiting tasks.
• Attend onsite hiring events, plant recruiting events, and community outreach to promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice.
• Partner with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
