Job summary

Brundage Medical Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead recruiting for our healthcare workforce. This fully remote role focuses on end-to-end sourcing, screening, coordination, interviews and offers, building a sustainable pipeline of top talent, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the marketing team on outreach, attend high-ROI conferences and career fairs, and implement metrics to measure time-to-fill, time-to-first-contact, and pipeline

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of landing top talent.
• Experience with fast paced, high volume, recruiting process improvement.
• Genuine focus on candidate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building.
• Comfort working fully remotely with the discipline to keep a system of record clean, and willingness to travel to high-ROI conferences, and career fairs.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Define the metrics (time-to-first-contact, time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, candidate-experience feedback) and report against them

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a track record of landing top talent.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting
• Proven track record sourcing and closing roles
• Comfort with high-touch passive sourcing as a primary sourcing method
• Experienced using an ATS end-to-end, building pipeline reporting, dashboard.
• Comp negotiation and offer close experience

Education

• High School or equivalent

Certifications

• Preferred: AIRS sourcing certs (CIR/CDR) or demonstrated LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Conditions typically associated with an office environment. While performing the essential duties and responsibilities, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear. May be frequently required to sit, stand or walk. Moderate to prolonged reading, typing, and computer work. Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity that may include lifting up to 25 pounds. Subject to exposure to all environmental hazards associated with healthcare and office work.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Fully remote. Full time. Some travel required, primarily to conferences and career fairs where you expect strong recruiting ROI. Some flexibility may be required in terms of exact time of day work hours needed, because recruiters often have to talk to candidates in the evening and on weekends.
