Job summary

Brundage Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead healthcare staffing recruitment for our Florida-based operations. This fully remote role requires strong pipeline development, fast-cycle sourcing, and a focus on candidate experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with marketing for outreach, and travel to conferences and career fairs with high ROI to build relationships with universities and healthcare networks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years healthcare recruiting experience with a track record of landing top talent.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting and process improvement.
• Strong focus on candidate experience and communications.

Responsibilities

• Define the metrics (time-to-first-contact, time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, candidate-experience feedback) and report against them.
• Source and recruit - Run the end-to-end process for each search — outreach, screening, coordination, interview logistics, offer support, and close.
• Create an ongoing pipeline of priority candidates.
• Own the candidate experience with timely, reliable communication at every step and continuously looking for ways to make the experience faster, clearer, and more personal, using best practices to make improvements.
• Partner with Brundage’s marketing team on candidate outreach including campaigns, content, and employer messaging.
• Identify conferences, universities, and career fairs with strong recruiting ROI, attend them, and track results against cost.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience, with a track record of landing top talent.
• Experience with fast paced, high volume, recruiting process improvement.
• A genuine focus on candidate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building.
• Comfort working fully remotely with the discipline to keep a system of record clean, and willingness to travel to high-ROI conferences, and career fairs.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting
• Proven track record sourcing and closing roles
• Comfort with high-touch passive sourcing as a primary sourcing method
• Experienced using an ATS end-to-end, building pipeline reporting, dashboard.
• Comp negotiation and offer close experience

Education

• High School or equivalent

Certifications

• Preferred: AIRS sourcing certs (CIR/CDR) or demonstrated LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Conditions typically associated with an office environment. While performing the essential duties and responsibilities, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear. May be frequently required to sit, stand or walk. Moderate to prolonged reading, typing, and computer work. Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity that may include lifting up to 25 pounds. Subject to exposure to all environmental hazards associated with healthcare and office work.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Fully remote. Full time. Some travel required, primarily to conferences and career fairs where you expect strong recruiting ROI. Some flexibility may be required in terms of exact time of day work hours needed, because recruiters often have to talk to candidates in the evening and on weekends.
