Job summary

Hired by Matrix, Inc. in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter for a contract, hybrid role. The position involves partnering with hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles.

You will use ATS/CRM systems, MS Office, and AI tools to source, screen, and hire candidates. Expect a hybrid schedule with office days on Tue/Thu and site visits on Wed, with remote Mon & Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1 year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Proficiency with ATS/Recruiting CRMs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
• Hands-on recruiter with solid sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with social networks, emails, search engines, blogs and job boards.
• Professional LinkedIn profile will be reviewed.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles (RN, PCTs, CNAs, monitor techs).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop staffing needs and attract talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to assess staffing by attrition, business plans, and retirements.
• Develop strategies to keep vacancies at required levels and staff openings.
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral techniques and credential checks.
• Prepare and extend job offers including signing bonuses and relocation where needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Maintain knowledge of benefits, incentives, and policies for applicants.

Position Type

• Hybrid - 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Thursday), Wednesday is site visit day; Monday & Friday are remote days.

Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of a Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in recruiting or human resources.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
• Strong, hands-on recruiter with solid sourcing expertise and end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs, and job boards.
• Professional LinkedIn profile (will be reviewed by the hiring manager).
• Experience in recruitment for high-volume positions like RN, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), monitor techs, and similar positions.

Preferred

• Industry Experience: Healthcare experience and/or RPO experience.
• Certifications:
• Talent Acquisition certification through HCI, NAHCR, or RACR.
• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP).
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
• Hospital or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned hiring managers to develop staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and attract talent that supports the organization's mission.
• Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including formulating recruitment strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.
• Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques, resume reviews, and credentials assessments to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Prepare and extend job offers, including sign-on bonuses, relocation agreements, and other incentives, while managing counter-offers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
