Avid Health at Home Illinois LLC is hiring a Recruiter for our Effingham branch. The role focuses on developing long-term recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with potential hires to meet regional staffing needs.

You will report to the Operations Manager and support field caregivers and office staff. The position requires handling recruitment campaigns, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure strong candidate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience using computerized systems and EMR/electronic filing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Participate in general office operations and on-call duties.
• Organize community recruitment events to promote employment opportunities.
• Monitor recruitment sites and respond to inquiries within one business day.
• Create and utilize recruitment marketing materials to meet goals.
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and conduct orientations.
• Maintain strong customer service to optimize recruitment conversions.
• Schedule and host orientation activities and manage hiring processes.
• Assist with compliance and training for field caregivers and track KPIs.

We are hiring a Recruiter for our Effingham branch. This position is available immediately.

The role of the Recruiter is to develop long-term recruiting strategies, source candidates through various channels, develop trusting relationships with potential hires, educate, and recruit field personnel and professionals based on regional operational needs. This position reports to the Operations Manager.

Wage/Hour Classification: Exempt

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Participate in all general office administrative operations including on-call responsibilities to ensure business continuity and excellent customer service.
• Participate in community recruitment activities and organize events to promote current employment opportunities.
• Monitor all electronic recruitment sites daily and follow up with all inquiries and applicants within one business day of initial outreach.
• Generate and utilize all local and company recruitment marketing material to meet operational initiatives.
• Provide inventory updates to ensure the office maximizes promotional items budget.
• Facilitate application process and provide all potential hires with necessary documents for onboarding.
• Maintain strong customer service to ensure the highest possible recruitment conversion rates.
• Schedule and host orientation activities.
• Manage recruitment volume and hiring conversion processes.
• Support and maintain annual compliance and training for field caregivers.
• Run Reports and utilize data from EMR and Electronic File Storage System to manage KPIs.
• Follow Agency Policies and Procedures
• Ensure all HIPAA regulations are adhered to.
• All other duties as assigned.
