Job summary

Bayside Solutions, Inc. is a technology staffing firm seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment from defining roles to presenting offers.

You will source active and passive candidates, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure strong candidate fits.

Role emphasizes compliance and salary expectation assessment; candidates must be W2 and Bayside collects data per policy.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of corporate recruiting experience managing full-cycle pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of basic labor laws, hiring compliance, and employment regulations.
