Company Confidential in Austin is seeking a Recruiter to evaluate candidates, schedule interviews, and extend job offers. You will partner with local management and HR to align staffing with business needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The role requires high-volume sourcing, strong interviewing skills, and experience with multiple job boards and recruiting software. You will maintain detailed candidate records and deliver regular recruitment analytics.

Formación

• 2 years of high volume sourcing/recruiting experience required.
• 2 years of high volume recruiting experience required.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).
• Experience with various interview types (structured, competency-based, stress).
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and job boards (Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn).
• Experience with high volume sourcing and cold calling candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Establish recruiting requirements by working with department managers.
• Post jobs to appropriate boards/newspapers/colleges and source candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews using reliable tools.

Achieve staffing objective by evaluating job candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews and job offers. Tracks and reports recruitment progress and job offers, communicates with local management and corporate recruitment staff. The selected candidate must have the ability to interact in a positive supportive manner with both internal and external customers.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s preferred, 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered


• 2 years of high volume sourcing/recruiting experience required


• 2 years of high volume recruiting required


• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)


• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)


• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)


• Ability to organize skills assessment centers


• Experience with various job boards (Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.)


• Experience with high volume sourcing and cold calling candidates


• Hands-on experience with recruiting software


• Experienced with different interview types

Responsibilities:

• Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates


• Establish recruiting requirements by working closely with department managers


• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives


• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.


• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.


• Screen candidates resumes and job applications


• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule


• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes


• Assist HR with the onboarding of new employees in order to become fully integrated


• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices


• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team


• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process


• Maintains detailed documentation on all candidates’ progress in recruitment database


• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate recruitment source


• Research and contact community services, employment agencies and internet to build applicant sources


• Represent the company at various job fairs and community events


• Determine position requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications


• Conduct both phone and in-person job interviews, analyze and document responses


• Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and candidate qualifications with management


• Organize and conducts frequent job offers with candidates


• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the management team


• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process


• Promote company’s reputation as \"best place to work\"


• Perform other administrative duties as needed
