Job summary

Pursuit Sales Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team in Dallas. You’ll own full-cycle searches, partner directly with clients and candidates, and drive business growth within a high-performing, growth-minded team.

We value competitive, relationship-driven recruiters with 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting, GTM focus across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and a proven ability to source and close top talent. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
• GTM recruiting experience across Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Success preferred.
• Open to successful agency recruiters from other professional verticals.
• Proven ability to source, engage and close high-quality candidates.
• Competitive, relationship-driven and motivated by results.
• Organized, coachable and hungry to continue growing.
