Job summary

Drive Casa is seeking a recruiter in Dallas to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for various roles, from sales to automotive technicians. The role involves sourcing through job boards, social media, and referrals, plus interviewing and screening candidates.

The recruiter will also handle posting jobs and maintain ongoing communication with the HR Manager and the Chief of Operations to ensure timely hires and alignment with company needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Requires one year recruiting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work every other Saturday and at multiple Dallas locations.
