Inland Respite in Corona, CA is seeking a Recruiter (Bilingual – Spanish Required) to source, screen, onboard and hire Respite Care Providers. You will partner with People Operations and Care Operations to meet staffing needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
This full-time role offers growth opportunities, ongoing training, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) plan and mileage reimbursement. Hybrid scheduling may be available based on business needs.
Location: Corona, California
Schedule: Full-Time| Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Travel: Regular local travel + occasional community events

As a Recruiteryou'll play a key role in sourcing, screening, onboarding and hiring qualified Respite Care Providers. You'll collaborate with People Operation'sand Care Operation'steams to meet staffing needs, represent Inland Respite at events, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with our mission.
High school diploma or GED required (associate's degree preferred)
5+ years of full-cycle experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.
Occasional extended hours based on workload and business needs.
This position is primarily office-based.
Hybrid work opportunities may be available based on business needs, operational requirements, job performance, and management approval.
