Mindscope is seeking two goal-oriented recruiters to join our expanding executive recruiting team in the United States. You will work across various specialties such as legal, accounting & finance, IT, and more.

The role emphasizes client collaboration, candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing deals, with training provided to help you grow your career.

• Successful track record as a salesperson, account executive, business development professional, territory manager or recruiter.

We're looking for two goal-oriented candidates with strong work ethics to join our recruiting team. You can work in any or our specialties, such as legal, accounting & finance, construction, restoration, collections, sales & marketing, IT, or bring your own specialty to grow a business within a business.

• Work closely with your clients to understand their requirements and find solutions to their recruitment needs
