Concordia Group’s Concordia Wireless division in Carol Stream, IL is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Russian) Construction Recruiter/Sourcer for full-time, in-office work. The role covers full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salary staff across the construction sector, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop effective recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and partner with hiring managers to fill

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment for the construction industry is required.
• Bilingual English/Russian preferred.
• Ability to manage a large requisition load with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Bilingual (English/Russian) Construction Recruiter/Sourcer to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs, hourly and salary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range:

$35 - 40/hour plus generous commission and annual bonus

• Comfortable carrying 15+ req load with priorities which shift weekly


• Strong sourcer who can share examples of using creative approaches to fill niche roles; expert with Boolean searching


• Skilled using Facebook postings and Craigslist for specialized roles
