Chaos Industries is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Los Angeles. This full-cycle recruiter role partners with the Recruiting Lead, hiring managers, and stakeholders to build robust pipelines and filled critical roles across Operations, Legal, and G&A.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of closing candidates for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on role scoping, pipeline strategy, and candidate evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communicator with the ability to assess candidate motivations, alignment, and fit.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving recruiting metrics.
• Experience recruiting within defense or similarly regulated technical environments.
• Background supporting early-stage or high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates from initial screening to offer.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to build talent pipelines via research, referrals, networking, and sourcing campaigns.
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiters, and Operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain and analyze pipeline metrics, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Run point on external recruiting agencies for niche positions.
• Deliver outstanding, proactive candidate experience.
• Work 3-4 days onsite at our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office.

Who you are

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to identify and engage exceptional talent for our growing team. As a full-cycle Recruiter, you will partner closely with our Recruiting Lead, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to build robust pipelines of talent aligned with our mission and values. This role requires high ownership, comfort with a wide range of tasks, and enthusiasm for a small, fast-moving environment
• In this role, you will recruit across a variety of business-critical functions, ranging from Operations, Legal, and G&A. You will gain broad exposure to different teams while building deep expertise in hiring for complex technical skill sets. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience recruiting for business operations roles, ideally within defense or other highly regulated technical industries

• Collaborate with our Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to thoroughly understand the requirements, team dynamics, and organizational goals for each role
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for candidates from initial screening to offer

• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiters and Operations team members to ensure seamless and efficient operational workflows
• Maintain and analyze pipeline metrics, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders
• Deeply understand each team’s product, roadmap, and culture to effectively position roles
• Build expertise in critical skills, target companies, and industry trends to guide recruiting strategies and inform hiring decisions
• Utilize data and analytics to influence hiring strategies, ensure data integrity, and track progress toward recruitment goals
• Run point on external recruiting agencies being utilized for niche positions within the org you're supporting
• Deliver an outstanding, proactive candidate experience throughout the process
• Work 3-4 days onsite out of our office in Los Angeles (El Segundo), California
