Job summary

Real Time Acquisitions (RTA) is hiring a Recruiter for an onsite, in-person role in Orange County, CA. You will meet people in colleges, events, and local venues, starting conversations and turning interest into interviews.

No recruiting experience is required, and you’ll build relationships in the community while helping motivated individuals begin their careers with RTA. Compensation is USD 900–1,400 per week.
