Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiter, Manufacturing to support US-based manufacturing hiring while working remotely from Mexico or Argentina. You will own full-cycle recruitment for production, maintenance, quality, and plant operations, partnering with US leaders to move candidates quickly and efficiently.

The role requires confidence discussing hiring metrics, strong sourcing capabilities, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for US-based manufacturing roles.

• Strong sourcing across job boards, social media, and community networks.
• Experience in food, consumer goods, or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.
• RPO or agency experience is a plus.

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with one of the most iconic chocolate and snacks companies in North America, the maker of some of the best loved chocolate, candy, and snack brands on the shelf, to find a Recruiter to support its manufacturing hiring in the US.

This is a fast paced, results driven role. Working remotely from Mexico or Argentina, you will partner with US based plant and operations leaders to hire the people who keep production lines running, from hourly production and maintenance roles to skilled technical talent. We are looking for someone competitive who knows their numbers and takes pride in delivering for their hiring managers.

What You Will Actually Do

• Own full cycle recruitment for US manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, quality, and plant operations
• Partner closely with US plant and operations managers to understand their needs, set expectations, and move candidates quickly through the process
