Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter for a fully remote role based on the US East Coast. You will own full cycle recruitment for early careers, from sourcing through offer, targeting recent graduates and professionals starting their careers.

You will proactively hunt talent, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and provide an engaging candidate experience while keeping ATS records up to date. 1-3 years of experience required; agency/RPO experience is a plus.

Job Title: Early Careers Recruiter
Location: Remote, US East Coast
Compensation: Up to $75,000 USD per year

The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in food and agriculture to find an Early Careers Recruiter who can come in and start moving the needle on early careers hiring right away.

This is a hunter role. You will go out and find early career talent, recent graduates and people taking their next career step, and bring them into the process with energy and a clear sense of what great looks like. This role is fully remote and based on the US East Coast.

What You Will Actually Do

• Own full cycle recruitment for early careers roles, from sourcing through offer
• Proactively hunt for early career talent, including recent graduates and professionals looking for their next career move, rather than waiting for applicants to come in
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of early career candidates across multiple open roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and present qualified, well prepared candidates
• Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience for people who may be early in their careers and new to corporate hiring processes
• Keep candidate records and pipeline updates accurate and current in the ATS
