American Training in Andover, MA is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing nonprofit team. You will source, attract, and hire top talent for our programs while promoting our WOW! Magic culture.

In this fast-paced role you will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines with colleges and community partners, and maintain a positive candidate experience. Paycom experience is a plus and metrics-driven reporting will be a regular part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience working as a recruiter. Human Services field is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all roles, from sourcing to selection.
• Partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI's mission and WOW! Magic culture.
• Oversee ATS updates and recruitment metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing - Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines.
• Candidate Experience & Culture - Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI's mission, values, and WOW! Magic culture.
• Systems & Reporting - Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting efforts for weekly management and HR metrics reports.
• Employer Branding & Engagement - Write and manage job postings, collaborate with team and Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent.
