Must have 3+ years as a recruiter. Non-profit or union environment preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; experience in lieu of degree will be considered. Excellent communication, presentation and administrative skills needed, as is knowledge of any HRIS system. Technology competence in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must demonstrate familiarity with all applicable federal and state laws governing sourcing, recruitment and hiring practices.
