Job summary

American Training in Andover, MA is seeking a full-time Residential Manager to oversee our residential homes in Methuen and Andover. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services to adults with disabilities, working within our WOW! Magic philosophy.

You will manage the Residential Program, supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and liaise with families and providers to ensure exceptional care.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home.
• 1+ years of previous management experience.
• Valid State driver's license and use of a personal vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Flexible work hours based on program needs.
• CORI and DDS fingerprinting required.
• Bachelors degree preferred based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Residential Program.
• Act as liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers and Colleagues to ensure quality of care.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues.
• Create and manage Colleague schedules.
• Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents.

What does a Residential Manager do?
