Job summary

The City of Evans is seeking a Recreation Supervisor-Athletics & Guest Services to oversee youth and adult sports, facility rentals, and front desk operations. This role supervises part-time and seasonal staff and supports special events for the community.

You will coordinate programming with the Recreation Manager, manage registrations and promotional materials, and build partnerships with schools and local organizations to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of experience in recreation, leisure activities and facility scheduling.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise youth and adult sports, ballfield rentals, front desk operations, and general recreation programs.
• Manage and supervise part-time and seasonal staff.
