Job summary

The City of Evans is seeking a Recreation Supervisor-Athletics & Guest Services to plan, coordinate, and supervise youth and adult sports, ballfield rentals, front desk operations, and general recreation programs in Evans, Colorado. You will manage part-time and seasonal staff and support special community events.

Responsibilities include overseeing program registrations, ensuring accurate data entry, promoting events, coordinating with schools, and maintaining revenue and attendance records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or related field.
• 3 years of experience in recreation, leisure activities and facility scheduling.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certification, or ability to obtain within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise youth and adult sports and ballfield rentals.
• Supervise part-time and seasonal staff and scheduling.
• Coordinate with school district for facilities and fields.
• Manage program registrations and revenue/attendance records.
• Develop and promote programs and events; assist with social media promotion.
• Coordinate field setups and special needs with Parks staff.
