Responsibilities

• Creates and updates mailing lists, letters, forms, spreadsheets, reports and contracts for the division.
• Prepares materials and corresponds with vendors, contractors and the public.
• Supervises daily financial procedures and maintains revenue, inventory, and attendance records.
• Oversees contract services and vendors and manages events.
• Takes inventory of equipment and coordinates purchases with approval.
• Supports public at a counter and assists with setting up facilities for events.
