Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience (internship/apprenticeship acceptable).
• Valid Missouri driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Purchasing and budgeting experience preferred.
• Certified Parks and Recreation professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and supervise a variety of recreation activities and programs.
• Manage Renaud Center memberships and member services.
• Serve as Manager on Duty with staff support and facility oversight.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise part-time staff.
• Respond to questions and resolve customer concerns.
