Township Of Woodbridge is seeking an on-site Recreation Programs Coordinator to lead, organize, and oversee community activities in our recreation facilities.

Under supervision, you will assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, ensuring safety guidelines are followed and incidents are reported promptly to supervisors.

You will collaborate with staff to coordinate schedules, adapt activities to community needs, and respond quickly to hazardous situations to prevent injuries.

Responsibilities

• Leads, organizes, and oversees recreational programs and activities.
• Assists with activity planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Works in a recreation center or other facility.
• Ensures program guidelines and safety practices are followed.
• Immediately responds to potentially hazardous situations to avoid accidents or injury; reports all accidents to supervisor.
