Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred in Parks and Recreation or related field.
• Experience: 1 year related experience; 2 years preferred.
• Licenses: Texas driver’s license within 90 days; meet driver safety policy.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing a diversified recreation program for youth and adults.
• Utilize Registration/Reservation software for daily operations.
• Promote, coordinate, instruct and supervise assigned programs.
• Develop program reports and marketing materials for assigned programs.
• Assist with facility rentals, league management, and camp supervision.
• Answer phones, help walk-up customers, and process registrations.
• Prepare attendance, revenue, and usage reports; support marketing and advertising.
• Perform facility opening/closing and support special events.
