Orangevale Recreation & Park District is seeking a skilled Recreation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement diverse recreation programs and events. You will recruit and supervise part-time staff and volunteers, manage timecards, and help with budgeting and outreach.

The role emphasizes customer service, program evaluation, and collaboration with schools, community groups, and facilities to meet local needs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and events.
• Coordinate daily operations of all programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate part-time staff and volunteers.
• Review and approve timecards for part-time staff.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to programs.
• Assist in budgeting, marketing, and outreach efforts.
• Oversee facility scheduling and program operations at sites.
• Support compliance with District policies and safety standards.
