Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of sports, recreational games, and arts and crafts.
• Ability to plan and organize activities and supervise participants of all ages.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required; relevant licenses listed in Qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, planning, directing, and coordinating a wide variety of recreational events.
• Follow established policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports, inspections, and evaluations using multiple software platforms.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional rapport with park users.
• Supervise and coordinate recreational programs and field/sport activities.
