City of Cedar Park is seeking a part-time Recreation Facility Attendant to monitor facility use, assist the public, process registrations and payments, and ensure safety and cleanliness during events. The role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include setting up/taking down equipment, maintaining records, and upholding park rules while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma preferred; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Knowledge of basic customer service techniques and facility operations.
• Understanding of personnel policies and procedures.

• Monitor facility use and safety of users, staff and equipment.
• Process registrations and payments for classes, memberships, rentals and reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup/takedown of equipment for events.
• Answer questions in person/phone to assist the public and aid event organization.
• Enforce facility rules and maintain positive public relations.
