City of Brighton is seeking a School-Age Program Director to develop and coordinate Tiny Tot, Youth, and Teen recreational programming, including Brighton Camps. The role oversees multiple events, recruits and trains instructors, and ensures excellent public service and customer relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Recreation or closely related field; experience may substitute education.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in recreation or childhood education.
• Experience may be substituted for education requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate Tiny Tot, Youth, Teen, and camp programs.
• Schedule facilities and manage program calendars.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate instructors and volunteers.
• Assist with budget preparation and capital planning.
• Promote City of Brighton Recreation Department and programs to the community.
