Job summary

City of Lemoore is seeking a part-time Program Instructor to plan, organize, and conduct instructional lessons in assigned recreation programs. You will teach activities such as homework help, games, music, dance, arts and crafts, fitness, and cultural enrichment, developing objectives and class plans with required supplies and schedule management.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading instructional recreational classes.
• Ability to conduct engaging activities across arts, fitness, and games.
• CPR/First Aid and AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct instructional lessons for recreation classes.
• Develop course objectives and class plans with schedules and resources.
• Supervise participants and enforce safety and department policies.
• Communicate with parents and maintain positive relations with staff.
• Receive, store, and manage class equipment and supplies.
• Complete activity records and report feedback for program effectiveness.
