Santa Rosa Rancheria in Lemoore, CA is seeking a Recreation Program Assistant Supervisor to oversee youth and adult recreation activities at the tribal community center. The role requires supervisory experience and delivery of indoor/outdoor programs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Associate degree in liberal arts, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Sociology, or closely related field with two years of supervisory experience in recreation; or four years of experience in recreation with supervisory responsibility.
Must be insurable with carrier and maintain coverage.
Must obtain a Class B License (15‑Passenger Van) within 90 days and maintain it.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning and implementation of indoor/outdoor recreation activities for youth and adults at the tribal community center facility.
Maintain and inventory supplies and materials for activities.
Order equipment and supplies with director's approval.
Assist staff with activities and supervise to ensure safety and order.
Transport participants to events and adhere to vehicle policies.
