Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff across multiple roles.
• Coordinate with safety departments to train staff on safety and security procedures.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, and prepared for daily use and events.
• Oversee software systems, registration platforms, and scheduling tools.
• Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and event reporting.
