City Of Cheyenne is seeking a part-time Recreation Front Counter / Site Supervisor for the BEAST Facility. The incumbent will provide exceptional customer service, handle financial transactions, and supervise desk operations at a high-traffic facility in Cheyenne.

Responsibilities include selling passes, operating Rec Trac/Web Trac, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional appearance while ensuring security and cleanliness of facilities and fields during events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior experience in customer service and handling cash drawers preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with the public.
• Ability to operate Rec Trac/Web Trac and related computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive the public and answer questions in person and by telephone.
• Provide excellent customer service and operate the computer system to process transactions.
• Sell drop-ins, punch passes, and fobs; manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
• Supervise front desk operations and ensure facilities are clean and secure during events.
• Assist the public with BEAST facility use and direct calls as needed.
