Job summary

The City of Greeley Recreation Division is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will manage entry desk operations, assist with registrations, memberships, and facility rentals, and process POS transactions for patrons.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of public-facing experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, and proficiency with RecTrac and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of general business office experience with heavy public contact including one year of customer service experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and provide clear and accurate information.
• Process activity registrations, memberships, facility/park shelter rentals, and point of sale transactions.
• Assist in training and scheduling of part-time/seasonal employees to ensure smooth operations.
