Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Two years of experience in a recreation facility; min one year in team lead.
• First aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ongoing operations of recreation facility with multiple staff and programs.
• Provides leadership to front-line staff, directing and assigning work.
• Schedules, trains, mentors, and assists with hiring staff as needed.
• Adjusts facility schedules to meet program needs, safety, and budget.
• Manages safety, emergency actions, and risk management across staff and programs.
• Answers public questions and represents the facility positively.
