Job summary

Bend Park and Recreation District seeks a part-time Custodian to keep our recreation facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for the community. The role may include light building maintenance duties and requires English communication and reliable performance.

Responsibilities include supervising new staff, scheduling cleaning, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting incidents. Shifts total 25 hours weekly across weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a 5% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some custodial or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Or any satisfactory combination of education, experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to new custodial staff.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties at facilities.
• Sweep and power wash sidewalks and pool decks.
• Monitor equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Report incidents and maintain safe facilities.
