Job summary

Bend Park & Recreation District is seeking a Part-Time Facility Shift Lead to oversee operations of a recreation facility, guiding front-line staff and ensuring safe, smooth program delivery. You’ll coordinate scheduling, mentor staff, and respond to facility needs to maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, safety protocols, and public inquiries while coordinating with the broader team to keep programs on track and compliant with district policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of operations, functions and standards for assignment including programming, facility operations and risk management.
• Effective customer service.
• Applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies and procedures for assignment.
