CCMC is seeking a Recreation Associate to oversee daily operations of community pools, amenities, and fitness programs within our master-planned community. You will support the Lifestyle Director in planning and promoting a comprehensive recreation calendar for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of community pools, amenities, recreational activities and fitness programs.
• Assist Lifestyle Director with planning, implementation, and promotion of recreation and lifestyle calendar.
• Manage aquatic vendors, programs and classes, and the water vessel rental program.
• Oversee facilities and equipment, including scheduling and usage.
• Develop and maintain statistical data and monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the department.
• Identify community event opportunities and assist with lifestyle programming.
