Job summary

The City of Loveland is seeking a part-time supervisor at the Chilson Recreation Center to serve as a customer service representative and staff support assistant. Shifts include evenings and weekends and hours vary by program.

The role pays $17.33 to $23.40 per hour, is less than 20 hours per week and non-benefitted. Must have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of front-line customer service and supervisory experience; CPR certification is required within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front-line customer service and supervisory or lead duties.
• CPR certification required within 60 days of hire date.
• Must be 18 years of age at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance Chilson image and ensure a quality visit for guests.
• Provide quality customer service as a key front-line operational staff member.
• Resolve administrative concerns.
• Apply policies and procedures through positive interaction with guests.
• Complete routine observations.
• Provide back-up, front-line operational support to staff in all areas.
• Work with a team to provide a safe environment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor special events.
