Job summary

Town of Erie is seeking Recreation Attendants for the Erie Community Recreation Center. The role covers Guest Service (Front Desk), KidStation, Fitness Area, Concessions, Coal Creek Café and Ice Rink, with varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Minimum age 16, high school diploma preferred, and CPR/First Aid/AED within three months. Part-time, hourly pay ranges from $18.56 to $23.20, with full 2026 range posted; benefits listed for part-time staff are included where

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to work Front Desk, Kid Station, Concessions, Ice Rink, Coal Creek Cafe and/or the Fitness Area.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide welcoming, knowledgeable customer service.
• Assist with guest questions, memberships, registrations, and facility tours as needed.
• Support frontline operations across front desk, childcare, fitness area, concessions, Cafe and ice rink.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work area and handle payments and transactions.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure positive guest experiences and program information.
