Job summary

The Town of Parker, Colorado is seeking a patron services attendant to support safety-sensitive programs and facilities. Under general supervision, you will assist in daily operations of divisions such as the Climbing Wall, maintain order, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for participants and staff.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory, responding to emergencies, completing incident reports, and assisting with event setup.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification upon hire.
• Two years of experience with children or a related field is preferred.
• Experience performing general cleaning and facility maintenance tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs front-line, day-to-day patron services in assigned divisions (e.g., Climbing Wall).
• Maintains order and safety in the program area and monitors participants.
• Ensures facilities, venues and program areas are clean, safe and well-maintained; communicates issues to a supervisor.
• Completes required documentation and assists with opening, closing, and inventory procedures.
• Responds to emergency situations and prepares incident reports as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Town policies and procedures; reports abuse as required.
• Assists in setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, A/V equipment, sports and recreation gear.
