Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Monitor activities in assigned swimming areas, enforce safety rules, and manage patron behavior.
2. Perform rescues, administer first aid, CPR, and resuscitation techniques.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the swimming facility, including bathrooms, decks, and locker rooms.
4. Control access to the facility by verifying identification and reporting issues.
5. Assist in conducting swimming lessons and participate in ongoing training to maintain necessary certifications.

Requirements

• Complete a background check with favorable results.
• Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a physical exam, be able to lift 45 pounds, and maintain immunization records.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold current, nationally recognized certifications in lifesaving, water rescue, first aid, and CPR/AED (adult, child, and infant). Experience with swimming activities, safety procedures, and equipment is required.
